PRESS RELEASE

12/3/2022

Amos Center for Justice & Liberty announces that on December 7, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. it will hold a press conference across the street from Aurora Summit Hospital in Oconomowoc, WI regarding the September 14, 2022 announcement by the Wisconsin Supreme Court which granted a petition for review in the Ivermectin related matter found in Gahl v. Aurora Hospital, 2021AP001787.  The District II Appeals Court in May of 2022 held that Circuit Court Judge Lloyd Carter of Waukesha County committed judicial error when he ordered Aurora Hospital to admit a physician retained by the John Zingsheim family to their hospital to administer Ivermectin to this dying man.

Following this decision, the Amos Center for Justice and Liberty petitioned the Wisconsin Supreme Court for the grant of a review of the District II Appeals Court decision.  The issue put before the circuit court in October of 2021 was “Whether the circuit court had the authority to intervene in a medical situation where the medical provider (the hospital system’s board of directors) said the requested treatment fell below the standard of care for patient safety.” Aurora Medical Systems maintains this is true even though the drug, Ivermectin, has actually been proven to be safe and effective for over forty years even as the hospital has been administering dangerous experimental drugs such as Remdesivir and Baricitinib.  This is also true of other hospitals throughout the state and the country.

Amos Center for Justice and Liberty asserts that Circuit Courts have a (1)  statutory right to intervene under the language of the Wisconsin’s  Health Care Power of Attorney statutory form;  (2)  they have the inherent authority to intervene “in the interest of justice” when a fundamental right such as the “right to life”  is at risk; and  (3) when there is a breach of a contractual duty of ”good faith and fair dealing” by the  medical provider in the execution and provision of the services to patients.

Oral arguments at the Wisconsin Supreme Court are set for January 17, 2023.  The importance of this decision cannot be overstated.  People throughout the state need to know whether the actual words of our legislators when they enact statutes can be reinterpreted by the courts as the District II Appeals Court did in this case when reading the Health Care Power of Attorney statutory forms.

The people of Wisconsin also need to know whether going to any hospital in the State of Wisconsin will pose a high risk of death to themselves or their loved ones because the medical providers may continue to use the deadly federally created Covid 19 Protocols which have led to many patients being placed on ventilators where they have died, shortly thereafter.

Please pray for Allen Gahl and John Zingsheim and their families who will be present at this event along with other families of those who have lost loved ones due to the Covid 19 Protocols, and families of those injured or killed by the so-called “vaccines.”  Also please pray for the Amos Center for Justice and Liberty and for Attorney Karen Mueller as she prepares for oral arguments in this case and for the hearts and minds of the Supreme Court Justices to do God’s will in deciding this case.   Karen L. Mueller, General Counsel
